I had been looking to renovate my house for some time but was struggling to find the right people to help me make it happen. I had commissioned a number of different plans and talked to a few builders, but didn’t have the confidence to lock anything in.

Geordie Toohey was recommended to me by a friend who had engaged him for a major renovation also on an older home. From my first meeting with Geordie, I felt like I was in safe hands. From the outset, Geordie was completely open and transparent about what to expect and when, providing a detailed costing and project management plan that was adjusted as through the course of the project – usually because I changed my mind, which was never an issue.
